Redd has helped the Mississippi Pest Control Association and the state's regulatory agency establish a statewide extensive training program for service technicians.

Today, Redd service technicians are required to become registered technicians before they are delegated service responsibilities. Weekly, each technician participates in an ongoing training program specially designed by the management team. A service technician is a trained professional and his training never stops at Redd.
