OUR SIMPLE 3-STEP APPROACH

1) Inspection

Our treatment program begins with a thorough inspection inside and outside of your home to carefully check the crevices and crawl spaces where intruders may live.

After a thorough inspection, your Redd Man will provide you a pest analysis and service estimate for your home.  We will prescribe a strategy to address the current problems and communicate recommendations.

3) Treatment

We begin the initial intensive treatment inside and outside of your home. When the current pest problem is taken care of, we shift our emphasis to the exterior of your home to prevent future pest problems.

OUR SERVICE PLANS 

Our routine service plans offer year-round protection from 30+ pests and rodents.  The most popular and economical plans are our preferred service plans which are performed on a quarterly interval and paid monthly to help with the budget.  If you see pests in-between visits, we'll come back out at no additional cost to you.

INITIAL SERVICE. (INSIDE)

Regardless of the time of year, most household pests live and breed outside of a structure. They often seek entrance to the inside whenever and wherever they have a chance. To take care of a current pest problem, our initial service includes an inside treatment to cracks, crevices and void areas.

RE-OCCURRING PREVENTIVE SERVICE. (EXTERIOR)

When the current pest problem is taken care of, we shift our emphasis outside your home to prevent future pest problems. After each service, customers receive an inspection report via email verifying that the above process was followed.  Interior treatment, if needed, may be provided by request anytime at no additional charge.

Exterior 3-Step Protocol:

  • 3 - perimeter trips. 

    These may include using a webster broom to sweep for spider webs and eggs, dusting (cracks & crevices, weep-holes, crawlspaces), inspecting and treating for pest entry points and any obstacles and/or a perimeter treatment.

  • 3 - formulations. 

These may include dust, granules (foliage areas, beds, trees, etc.), baits, and/or liquid perimeter treatment helping to ensure effective and long-lasting results (90 days or longer).

  • 30 - minutes. 

Technician will spend time necessary to provide quality service on the exterior of your home.  This will keep pest from coming inside in the first place and help to eliminate the source.​

Exterior Benefits include:

  • No excessive use of pesticides in your home

  • You don't have to be home during the service since our treatment focuses on the exterior (pest prevention)

  • Less impact on the environment

NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

CUSTOMER ASSURANCE.

We will send out service notifications before and after the service is complete:

  • Five days prior to service, our automated call-ahead system will send a service reminder.   

  • One day prior to service, our automated call-ahead system will send a service reminder.   

  • Day of service, your technician will send a text or email notification when he/she is en-route to perform service.  With email notification, a photo id of the technician will also be sent.*

  • Immediately following service completion, an email will be sent with the following information and attachments:

    • inspection report*, 

    • voice message from your technician regarding the service*, 

    • service pictures taken by your technician verifying service*

  • Our service fleet is equipped with GPS units; in addition, we regularly review service reports to help ensure quality service.
     

*Customer notifications via email and text require a valid email and mobile number to be on customer's file.
